Hello !  Thought we would take some time to update everyone on what's up with The Dotsons for 2012 ?!?

The next several weeks we will be getting material together for a new recording project !!     Lord willing, we plan to start recording a new CD in 2012 !! We are very anxious to start the new recording as God has blessed John to write some truly AMAZING new songs.  We are really excited about this new recording and can't wait to see how the Lord uses these new songs to touch the hearts of our listeners.

Our plan is to have our new recording project completed and ready to go by the holidays of 2012.  We will keep you updated as much as possible.

PRAYER REQUEST:  We have a special prayer request for Ernie Dawson of Heirline.  He is in the hospital as we speak, having several health issues.  Please lift our brother Ernie and his family in prayer, for he truly needs a touch from the Lord right now.

We have so many of you that ask about our son, Seth, who is in the Marines.  Seth is currently stationed in Japan.  He is a little homesick but doing very well.  He was just promoted to Lance Corporal and getting ready to leave on a MEU (Marine Expeditionary Unit) to Thialand for a few months.  His plan is to hopefully come home for a visit this summer and we CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HIM !!!  We haven't seen him since Sept. 7, 2011 and we miss him SO much!!  But thank God for Skype and texting; we usually hear from Seth every couple of days.  We appreciate all the prayers that have gone up for Seth, please continue to keep him and all of our military men and women in your prayers.
